About Columbus Crafty Crafts

In 2021 my position at the company I worked at for over 30 years was eliminated. As I reflected and searched for what I would do next I realized that I had always had a passion for crafts and artwork. I had created small things as gifts for family and friends but never thought about doing it as a business. I searched the web for things that I thought I could do and tried a few things out. Turns out I loved it and was able to create some things that I am proud of. I searched YouTube, Etsy and Pinterest for items that peaked my interest such as abstract art created with Resin and Acrylic, fall crafts and beach themed ideas for home décor. The beach theme comes from my childhood along the shores of Lake Erie in Northern Ohio.
